Originally with the 384th BG (Grafton Underwood), this aircraft served with the 401st BG until 22 July 1944 when it became a VHF radio-relay ship with the 8th Fighter Command.
Returned to the USA on 11 July 1945 and ended up at the Reclamation Finance Center (Kingman) where it was sold for scrap.
