Anybody watching this? So far, it's been very good. I understand the progression of the war better and have even learned (quite) a few things I didn't know. Like the Japanese divisions used in the European theater and the invasion of Italy.

I think I ran into that last night but not sure. It was about flying fortresses over europe and then switched to the Pacific and Japan.

Yes, part of it included a segment on the air war, but the overall program was about the ENTIRE war, both on the front and here at home.

I learned something I never knew before, like a Japanese division used in Italy and Europe.

Unfortunately, my "Tivo" crapped out on me and I didn't get to see the last four episodes. I am now waiting for PBS to show them again.
