1/3/2002 7:52:44 PM | Excellent Museum within the Pima Grounds - I was there a few years ago and the 390th had a hanger there with a B-17 on loan from the USAF Museum at Wright-Patterson - this alone is worth the trip - There are also tours given Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays of the Davis-Monthan 'Boneyard' - all you need to do is sign up at the main gate - I bookmarked the Davis-Monthan

As I indicated in my earlier post - this is worth a trip to Tucson - here is the Pima museum link http://www.pimaair.org/. As I recall, there is also a Confederate AF wing and museum in the vicinity - all those links don't work anymore - maybe the webferret can help out.
