I finally spotted it this afternoon, hidden behind a newer house.
It's the west side of No. 11, Main Street, Upper Benefield, arrowed below.
The spot the group are on is circled, which was the access road to Site 7.
The original photo caption reads "Armament section of the 614th Bombardment Squadron, 401st Bomb Group, England, 1 May 1944.", which repeats the association of the 614BS with Site 7.
