Attached is a combat photo. This was from my father's collection that he purchased from a photographer that flew with the 401st. I would be curious to know what the writing meant on the photo itself. I do not know the name of the photographer, alas....that info is lost to time. If anyone knows anything about the photographer himself, I would love to know!

The picture shows three B-17s - IN-S (D-Day Dottie) and IN-D (Carrie B IV) and IN-N 43-38862 (no name)
