9/29/2014 9:00:53 AM | That is my understanding, Bob. It's been hard to keep it open since 2009, so... hopefully, when the economy turns around, it will reopen. I expect Paul Bellamy or one of our other British friends will be along to comment on it shortly.

I certainly hope it comes back. It would be a shame if it went away for good.

The recent accommodation block at the front of the car park has now been converted to houses and appears to have been sold off.
The pub itself has been surrounded by security fencing since closure, but that has been taken down in recent weeks.
