Difference between a 1st. Lt. and 2nd. Lt. ?

Donald Byers 8/1/2005 11:01:42 AM	You will always start out as a 2nd Lt, then when you meet the requirements to advance in grade your next rank is 1st Lt. followed by Captain, Major, Lt. Col, Col then General.
