Does anyone have any information about my grand father Harold F. Crowe who flew B-17 "Chute the works" and possibly what crew he flew with. Maybe even a photo of his crew would be nice as well.

Your grandfather, Sgt. Harold Crowe, was the Engineer and top turret gunner on a crew assigned to the 614th Squadron whose pilot was Lt. R. M. Stehman. Other crew members included Lt. F. R. Bush, co-pilot; Lt. D. W. Sacks, navigator; M/Sgt. W. E. Royal, togglier (bombardier); Sgt. G. S. Bacon, Jr., radio operator; St. M. B. Bateman, ball turret gunner; Sgt. A. F. Petrowsky, tail gunner; and Sgt. L. P. Shaw, waist gunner.
The crew is listed as having flown 20 missions between March 7 and April 20, 1945. They therefore had the distinction of participating in the last mission flown by the 401st Bomb Group. They flew "Chute the Works" on several occasions but also flew "Shade Ruff" on at least ten missions.
