1. Who is responsible for the apparent destruction of the integrity of the 401st Web-site and its information, and why has it been permitted to happen?
- - Please tell me how not being able to now find, let alone browse, the extensive 401st History data everyone worked so hard to produce - is 'progress', 'helpful', 'useful' or 'attractive'; and
- - Please tell me how this version of 'Wiki' - that doesn't require the 'source' of added 'facts' - is any more valid or useful than 'gossip'.
2. Please restore - and provide 'tab' access to - the Gallery; the Crews; the Aircraft; the Missions and other former categories - and their attendant 'banks' of information.
3. The integrity and service of those who served in 401st Vets merit notthing less.

Not been around for a while and have just visited the new website, shock, horror, dissapointment, what a mess, I can only second what you say and by the way as for the Historical Society, Paul Bellamy and myself are active members who may just warrant a mention in the credits, not all progress is good 😢

I agree and I have also tried the so-called new site which is not only impossible to navigate...the lack of information available is unbelievable.

I think it is time that people wrote to the board members and told them to put the old site back up as it is very obvious that the 401st web site is is all but defunct and it is a disgrace to the memory of the 401st and those who served this country so well.

I personally feel we have been more than patient for site improvements to be made.

The old web site needs to be put back in place with all the information it contained and it needs to stay that way until the day comes when a new site can be set up and set up right.

I am sorry to be so out-spoken on this, but I cannot help but think how my father would feel if he were still alive.

The "original" 401st web site has been resurrected in its prior state.

In my new role as WebMaster for the 401stBG, I am currently establishing goals and priorities for the site. Please be patient as I transition into this role and learn what is required to facilitate positive changes and additions to the site over time.
