Clyde J. Brobst
CLINTON -- Clyde J. Brobst, 73, passed away April 3, 1997.
Mr. Brobst was born in Akron on June 18, 1923. He retired in July 1985 from B. F. Goodrich after 33 years service as a scheduler at the Akron tire plant. He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the 401st Bomber Group.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Henrietta, and is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Dianne and Jim Dague; daughters, Stephanie Herring, Claudia Brobst, and Deborah Drake; grandchildren, Tiffany Teaman, Christopher Dague, Dianne Cass, John Cass, Russ Cass, Todd Cass, Meredith Nechitilo, Deana Nechitilo, Sandra Drake, Eric Drake, Steven Drake, and Keven Drake; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jack and Doug Brobst; sister, Betty Brobst.
Visitation will be TODAY from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Bacher Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Rd. For
those who wish, donations may be made in Mr. Brobst's name to the American Heart Association,
1236 Weathervane, Suite 300C, Akron 44313; or to the American Diabetes Association, 225 W.
