We, his nephews are very sorry to report that Mr. Ray Everett McGehee passed away peacefully this morning. His funeral arrangements are not yet final but we will post them on Sunday.
Sorry to hear of your loss. He was a member of 1lt. F. Carson's crew which flew 34 mission mainly on the Carrie B III and Carrie B IV. Am wondering if any of his early flights were on the Carrie B II? My uncle Sgt Donald C. Byers was KIA on his first mission flying the Carrie B II.
