My name is Pete Minix, and my hobby for the last 7 years, has been collecting and compiling World War II veteran histories. I currently have over 160 World War II veterans, from all branches, in my private library. None of this information is given out or published for a monetary gain.
This is at no cost to you or your family. All I would need are any documents (copies), that you would wish to share or pictures of you during that time. Also, I would also like a current picture of you today. I can send you a large self-addressed envelope for mailing purposes. If you have a scanner attached to your home computer, you could scan your pictures and/or documents to send to me.
If you wish to share this information with me, I would greatly appreciate it. I look forward to hearing from you. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me or call. If you chose not to share your story with me, I completely understand and will respect your wishes.
