| Those showing interest in this book might like to know that after the first edition in 1946 there were eight reprintings of the book, the last in 1998. That reprinting for the minimum100 copies was at a cost of $4,461.00 Those books were sold for $54 with difference being for shipping materials and Postal charges. In view of the cost orders for books wre on cash basis before printing was ordered. Even though they were advertised in the PFG the final doxen or so were sold at a reunion PX<br/>
