To my knowledge, he was a tailgunner who severed in combat from 9/44-2/45. I don't know which crew he served with nor the name of the B-17. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
|- | '''Scott McElvain'''
6/18/2006 8:55:11 AM | Couldn't find him on my 612th crew lists (or 614th) but will keep looking. Once you know the crew, you can check the crew page for missions, airplanes, etc. Will be able to help you further if I find him.

|- | '''Donald Byers'''
6/19/2006 10:30:06 PM | I too have searched all 4 squadrons without coming up with a match. I will try and look at some of the other info I have.

Don Byers
Lubbock Texas
|}
