First I want to thank all that have assisted me in this project as their help is invaluable to me. As part of this project I want to include some of the 401'st aircraft as repaints for an excellent B-17 addon that was put out. What this would mean is that anybody that has purchased the Wings of Power addon would get many 401'st B-17's added to their game to fly from the base. What I am looking for is information and expecially noseart pics of aircraft flown from this unit to use in the repaint process. The basic unit markings I can get pretty easy but getting pic's of noseart that can be used for repainting is pretty hard. What I would need is a color pic of the noseart from the side. And angle could work but it would have to be a very slight angle. Any help would be greatly apreciated. Also if their is a spefic aircraft of perticular importance to the unit I will try my best to include it. Thank you for any assistance in this project.

Robert Swaim
|- | '''Robert'''
10/2/2004 11:00:53 PM | I forgot to mention that this is for the G model aircraft at this time. I might be able to do F model inthe future.
|- | '''Robert Swaim'''
10/6/2004 6:46:19 PM | Here is a link to a pic of heavy Date. I am now able to do metal finish repaints. I hope you guys think that this is going to be acceptable. Just copy the link into your browser and take a look.

[http://www.cfcforums.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=10079
] |- | '''Hans Shull'''
10/7/2004 6:48:09 AM | Robert,
Could not get to the page but very interested as I am just finishing up a 138" wingspan radio control model of Heavy Date. It was displayed at the reunion.
Hans
|- | '''Robert'''
10/7/2004 6:34:09 PM | i just sent you an e-mail withthe pic.
|- | '''Will Scott'''
10/9/2004 3:07:28 PM | I tried to open your link as well and it didn't work. Here is the link to my site with a pic.

[http://home.nc.rr.com/deenethorpe
] |- | '''Ted Hadden'''
12/14/2004 10:24:45 PM | Robert! Looking good my friend. Sorry I haven't been in touch lately, but thanks to SP2 being loaded on my XP Home ... FS9 went to hell in a hand basket and I've had to uninstall both FS9 and SP2. FS9 works with XP Home and SP1 just fine so I'm not installing SP2. However, I can't remember what and where I put Deenethorope. 😞 Also I have not as yet bought the WOP add on either. (Mostly because of the problems with XP SP2.)
|}
