He was a tailgunner on the B-17's attached to the 401st Bomb Group duing World War TWO.<br/> <br/> He was also my coach when I went to Catskill Junior High School in Catskill, New York back in the early 50's. In school we use to call him the "Dog Catcher". He found a Great Dane that ran away and received a good size reward for returning it.<br/> <br/> Fred <br/> |}
