There is more to the proclamation and I will attempt to post it but
I wanted to share this much with you for now.

It's wonderful to know the association is still going strong 40 years later! There was also a local congressman in attendance
who took the podium as well and welcomed our association.

I hope all of you will join us at our next reunion August 6 - 9, 2014 in San Diego, CA. We have MANY members in
California and this will be a great location and a wonderful reunion! If you need assistance traveling such as a travel
companion or a greeter upon arrival to assist you in any way, please let me know and I can most likely arrange it. We want YOU there!
I advise those needing it to request a wheelchair at the airport for several reasons: Save your energy for the reunion, it's a complimentary service at all
airports, having wheel chair assistance puts you ahead of ALL others in security lines, you are delivered directly to your gate and upon arrival delivered to your
luggage and then to your transportation. This can be set up when you arrange your tickets or right at the ticket counter but ask for it all the way through your itinerary so it is waiting for you at the gate upon arrival at your destination.

My Uncle Frank does not use a wheel chair at this point but always secures one at the airport because you never know how far
away the gates are and you and whomever you are traveling with can bypass all of the crowds and lines at the security checkpoints. Just something for you to think about if travel is
a concern of yours.

I hope to meet more of you soon!

Josie Navarro
Secretary/Treasurer/PX Coordinator
401st Bomb Group Association (H)

|}
