Not familiar with this site just yet. I am the fellow who found the engine #4 panel to B-17 NET RESULTS A.F. 43-38425. The panel was found with a metal detector buried under 5-6 inches of desert sand. It was found in a field to the north of the areas of your color Kingman photos, and was closer to the Kingman runway.. I have a color photo of the area where I found the panel, and would like to share, but I need an email address that would allow me to attach the photo. It was taken by a private individual who worked there at the time. Perhaps someone can identify NET RESULTS among the line of derelict B-17's in this photo. I am amazed that this engine panel has shown some interest among your readers, especially those who had first-hand experience with this plane. How may i send a color photo to you? This is a privately-taken color photo, so it is not widely seen dan collier

|- | '''donaldbyers'''

5/12/2012 3:45:50 PM | Dan,

I will email you my address.

Don Byers
Group Historian

Sgt. I also discovered that he's a distant relative. I'd love to know more about his plane and obtain any photos available. John just turned 93 years old and I'm proud of him!

|- | '''donaldbyers'''

3/30/2014 3:42:37 PM | Have you been to our web site, here is Lt.
