I've seen several messages about people researching the plane's history for planned books. Have any of them come out yet?

|- | '''donaldbyers'''

9/24/2009 10:45:26 PM | I don't know of a book but did find this [http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=200209896292] for a T-Shirt. Where did you see the references to a book?

Don Byers

Sgt. Donald C. I foolishly didn't take notes, but what I saw were not references to books but references to gathering information with plans to write books. Since those messages were several years old I thought at least one book might have come out by now, but didn't find any on the usual book sites.

Yes, I've seen that ad; it's one of the things that led me astray when I was just starting my search for information about Ice Cold Katy <nowiki>--</nowiki> I foolishly assumed the picture was the real nose art so I kept looking for it in photos of planes. If only! I've come across quite a few photos of 42-107039 Katy now, as well as a couple of the other Ice Cold Katys <nowiki>--</nowiki> and none have nose art as lovely as that ad. 🙂

|}
