| While doing some reading on WW II I noticed on the <b>WW II Memorial</b> website that it is possible to add WW II veterans to the ~~<b>World War II Registry</b>~~  <br/> <br/> There is a form to fill out and submit. I think this is a wonderful way to honor a family member, friend or loved one who defended our country at that time. I will be submitting my fathers name and thought some of you might like to do the same for your family or loved one. | Hope you have made a trip to the WWII site indicated by Jackie.  I did my uncle a while back also.  He has two entries the ones indicated by the National Archives is pretty plain.  The entry it you put it in is much better and you can put info in it and when approved you can upload a picture also.  It you want to check out what I mean you can put in Byers, Donald, Indiana you will see two entries come up.<br/> <br/> Don <br/><br/>Sgt. Donald C. | I visited the site, there is a Dana listed for Arizona, but neither dad or his cousin Phil are listed. Phil definitely needs to be there as he lost his life piloting his liberator back to base. I'm going to talk to dad about this just to find out if who Phil's living relatives are and obtain a photo.
