Summary: The assigned target was the airfield at Frevent, but because of cloud cover the 401st BG, which formed the 94th "C" Combat Wing, bombed three targets of opportunity. These included Furness airfield in Belgium, a railroad junction and underpass at Sainglan, France. Good results were observed on the targets hit. No enemy fighters were encountered, and the meager flak was accurate as to altitude but poor for deflection.
