I'm trying to get in touch with anyone still living from my fathers crew. My father was Capt B.H Johnson (Pilot) assigned to 401st 612th squadron. Their 1st mission was 11 January 44-last mission 4 June 44. Crew members are as follows: 1st Lt J E Waller Co-Pilot, Capt H.D. Fishback Navigator, Capt DM Musso Bombardier,T/Sgt MA Brandt Radio Operator, T/Sgt J.N. Sellitto Eng., S/Sgt D Schaefer Ball T, S/Sgt JM Blaugh Tail G, S/Sgt R. Litchfield L.Waist, S/SGT JL Shannon R Waist. I have pictures and things that my father gave me that I would like to share. I would also just like to talk with anyone who knew my father during those times.

God Bless,
Tom
828-403-1611
|- | '''Donald Byers'''
6/1/2007 11:13:34 AM | Two names sent from 2005 401st Bomb Group Directory. Am sure that Dale Anderson our Historian may be interested in pictures you may have.

Don Byers
|- | '''Tom Johnson'''
10/12/2007 7:11:10 PM | Dear Donald,
Sorry to respond so late. I'm meeting with Mr Litchfield this Sunday to discuss the past and record his stories. I do have many, many photos that I would like to pass along copies of to the historian. I hope to share stories after I have recorded them. Please pass along contact infomation for the historian. I noticed that the picture of my fathers crew that I identified in the spring had not been posted on the web site.(B.H. Johnson CPT Pilot, December 43- 15 June 44/ Aircraft Dianna Queen of the Chase). Is there anything I can do to help that process.

thanks,

Tom Johnson

|}
