Comments |- | '''Michael Sheehan''' <br/>6/12/2003 9:19:32 AM | William T. Sheehan was pilot of a B-17 in the 95th Bomb Group, 334th Bomb Squadron. He was shot down on his 11th mission and was killed. That day was May 24, 1944. Only 2 crew man bailed out, the waistgunners. R.S. Ritto and W.H. Nichols were the two who got out. All others were killed. His B-17 serial # is 42-39924 and the plane was nicknamed "Tornado" If you served with or knew William T.
