I'm sure he probably came back alive, but he isn't in the latest group directory and I don't have my old ones handy to see if he might have been a member of the association before. You might check with Art Seder or George Menzel of the Association to see if he has been a member. I will check and see if any other crew members are still around. There may be since I have some corrections written in on his crew's page from one of the reunions.
