I am trying to find a photograph of the crew for the B17 Lassie Come Home. The pilot was Browning G. Grimmett. My father in law was named after him. Thanks Preston

The only known picture is on this site and doesn't include any crewmembers. This is taken from the B17 Nose Art Directory.

Preston, I have a photo of the crew. I think it was taken at a training base, because they are in front of an early model B-17f, not Lassie. Email me with your address and I'll be glad to send you a copy on regular paper. My uncle was W.C. Lauer, radio/gunner, but was a replacement, and was not in the photo.
