can anyone help me with additional informations about the crew of Lt. Gardner MIA 20 February 1944. Perhaps a photo of his or his crew. All details are very helpful.

If you haven't already gone to the History section on this site and then look under the 615th Crew List you will find missions and crew.
I looked in the 2000 401st Directory and found no entry for any member of the crew or possible relatives.

According to my resources, there are no known photos of the plane, "Doolittle's Doughboys".
